We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer only. Once your order is confirmed through our chatbot or contact form, send your e-Transfer to info.courttocourt@gmail.com. Your order will be held and processed once payment is received. Orders ship every Friday via Canada Post Expedited.

All sales are final. As a local reseller we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Every paddle we sell is brand new and in original manufacturer packaging — we want you to feel confident in your purchase before you commit. If you have any questions about a specific paddle before buying, our chatbot or contact form is the best place to ask.

Yes — every paddle we sell is new and sealed in its original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell used, open-box, or refurbished products.

We ship via Canada Post Expedited, which is tracked end-to-end. Estimated delivery times:

• Ontario — typically 1–4 business days ($15 flat rate)
• Rest of Canada — not available at this time
• Burlington-area local pickup — free, arranged directly with you after order confirmation

Absolutely — local pickup in Burlington, Ontario is available at no charge. Once your order is confirmed we'll reach out to arrange a time that works for you. It's a great option if you want your paddle the same day or just prefer a local transaction.

The right paddle depends on your skill level and how you like to play:

• Beginners — look for a wider body and larger sweet spot. The Paddletek Bantam ESQ is a great starting point at $331 CAD.
• Two-handed backhand players — the Bantam TKO-CX has an extended handle built for that grip.
• Control-focused players — the Bantam ESQC is designed for kitchen play and soft touch.
• Advanced / competitive players — the JOOLA Gen 4 Perseus and Scorpeus Pro IV are top-tier paddles used by pros.

Padel is newer to the Burlington area but growing fast. Both of our Moné paddles are round-shaped — a forgiving shape great for most players:

• Sienna V1 — soft touch, control-oriented. Great for beginners learning the game.
• Cocoa V1 — all-court versatility, slightly more balanced between power and control.

Burlington and the Halton region have a growing paddle sports scene. Pickleball is played at several recreation centres and community courts around the city. Padel is newer but courts are opening across the Greater Hamilton–Burlington area. Feel free to reach out — we're local and happy to point you in the right direction.
